I have a network lock, opposite network lock is number 15. What does it mean ? Please, help me 
I can`t use my phone because I have different Sim card and different Sim Lock.

Normally there are special places you can go and a 'hacker' will unblock your card for you (about 10$). I'm SURE that there are places like that in Poland! Check local gsmsites... It's not that difficult to find...
