mga tsong tanong lang ha kc pag may load k ung cgnal ng GPRS meron pag nag zero balance k na nawwla na ung GPRS cgnal... tpos pag nag load k na ulit pano babalik ung cgnal ng GPRS? i'm using a T610 nga pla...

That happened to me b4, tumawag ako sa 211 to tell them bout the problem tapos pinactivate ko ulit...it took 3-4 days sakin b4 it was activated again kse they were experiencing problems then. Jus give them a call, when they tell you to monitor it within 24 hours at pag wala pa rin twagan mo ng twagan para makulitan syo. =)
since then, ayaw ko na maubusan ng load kse ang tagal bago bumalik ng gprs...

prepaid sims loses its gprs signal/access when you have zero balance (globe/sun-...i havent tried using gprs w/ a prepaid smart sim)

(n.b. some globe prepaid sims can still access gprs even w/ zero balance)

re: your problem...gprs signal SHOULD automatically be back when you have reloaded the account (sun/globe)...no need for re activation...if your gprs signal doesnt return to normal...maybe your account has a problem...have it checked from your network provider
