Well I just had my phone replaced by Orange and it came back with R2F installed  |

well just bought it and surprise surprise r1d!!!
it is now with cpw richmond for upgrading, this is ridiculous!!
Has anyone in England had any problems with software upgrades or is it just me? |

I upgraded on Orange from a shop on Oxford Street. I knew Orange were well behind on the firmware cycle and insisted that I would not collect my handset unless they had the firmware upgraded. The Orange shop on Oxford Street, nearest to Oxford Circus, has a service centre in the basement. They upgraded the firmware there before I collected it. I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous.
My phone has R2F and has all the Orange settings on it. |

it worked!!! cpw in richmond did the upgrade in 2 hours. i guess my import p800 was harder for them to do......i now have r2f. thank god!!! |

I got R2F in mine, upgraded from CPW Oxford Street, they took 3 days thou ive read some places in council estate hell (eg. Eltham) seem 2 do it in 45mins! Mind u most ppl prob couldnt afford a P800 there.....hehe
