UK service centres that don't charge a fortune |

Hi folks,
In another thread it's emerged that I need the keydome foil on my T68 repaired at an Ericsson Service Centre. The main UK service centre (Celestica) say that they have a minimum charge of approx £50 (my phone is out of warranty), which seems excessive for such a simple job.
Does anyone know of another approved UK service centre who charge more reasonable rates, to whom I can post my phone?
Thanks!
Stuart.

This is not my local service center, but i find them very helpfull, they are not a shop, they are a repair center. i can't promise they will be cheap for what you want but they know their business. |

For reference, folks, J.A.H. were massively resistant to giving me a quote over the phone, but eventually they told me that they would charge £25 + VAT to replace the keydome foil. In addition, they charge approx. £10 to return phones (which they do by secure courier).

Mobile Phone Repair Centre (www.mprc.co.uk)
I went in there this morning for an R1L T610 update, and they did it in 45 mins. Very good and friendly service.
Plus they are only 10 mins drive away for me! |
