Is it me or do the people working in mobile phone shops don't know shit. I've asked a couple of people at places like the link and they've never heard of any of these phones T68i, 7650 etc.
Why are they working there?
Maybe being surrounded by phones all day has driven them insane.

Thats true with the big chains, but some of the smaller chains and independent shops do know their stuff. |

I know, that is really irritating, cos you'd think that working in a mobile 'environment', they'd be expected to at least know something! What are they qualified to do, if they can't answer a simple question? Nothing obviously...

I told the place here about the T68i and all that crap. And when I went to get the ICT-13 the other day, I saw em printing some stuff on the T68i, lol
sure took em long enough.

I think you are right, but at SE servicepoints they also receive little info... I think we know more than they do. :-) Seems like bad marketing to me,or not?

It's not just mobile phone shops where that's a problem, it happens all over the place. You've gotta just do all your own research through the internet and magazines and stuff first and then find a place that sells what you want and go get it. |

I phoned an ericsson dealer the other week about software upgrades. His reply was:
"You mean the software on these is upgradable. Never heard of that. You sure you don't mean Nokia's?"
