I need JUST the main board, nothing else. My phone has been faulty for 5 months and Carphone Warehouse and SE wont touch the damn thing. Reasonable offers please. Thank you.

The mainboard is about the same price as a complete phone to buy new, because a complete mainboard IS a phone. give or take a few odd bits of plastic casing, if you want a mainboardon its own (Without all the components) i can do one for £20 from a water damaged phone, but i can give you a complete water damaged t68i for £35.
What you need is another phone.

Is the main board fully functioning?

No, not for £20, if it WAS it would be a fully functional phone & i would want £80.
My post was really to point out that trying to get a "Mainboard" that is fully functional, is the same thing as getting a whole phone.
Buying a working mainboard any cheaper than a complete phone just isnt going to happen, remember its a new IMEI your getting if you get a working mainboard.
THE MAINBOARD IS THE PHONE.

I know what you are saying, it's just that a mainboard doesn't have the colour LCD, the front \ rear cover, the vibra motor or the battery etc.

Excactly, its so unlikely that anyone would strip those easily replacable parts of a perfectly good phone & then just sell the mainboard, because the Service centers are full up with water damaged mainboards, on phones which all have the parts you mention.
It may be that you have been lied to & your phone could be repaired, but if its water damaged then forget it ever working again.

It's not water damage, it continually power cycles, apparently a common fault. They want £75 to fix it. CPW said it's been back twice so they wont do it. One time was MMS upgrade a year ago then they booked it in as warranty which was a mistake so they had to book it in again. So as far as they are concerned this counts a 3 repairs!

@Badger, well it seems to me your being fobbed off by them, check how long the warranty is because CPW were doing 3 years at one point, anyway forget CPW & take it to a SE service center, they should sort it without the bullshit.
CPW are normally fairly good but that "Three repairs & you cant come back is " HORSESHIT" find out your nearest SE center by ringing 08705237237 you have a 1yr & 1month warranty from SE from the date on the phone (under the battery on the label 02w26 would mean 02=the year & w26 is the week ie last week in june or 02w10 would be first week in march 2002).
You are entitled to free repair of faults that develop with normal use, after the warranty period you may have to pay, but they will quote you if they can.
