Ok I received this dual sim adaptor but despite email exchanges and some pics of fitting it I just could not get it to work. First its VERY hard to get the back cover on with the adaptor in there and also the phone would not turn on, presumably because the battery was being pushed away from the contacts of the phone.
So I cannot recommend this dual sim adaptor but for those that want to see the installation pics they sent me they are below.
certainly my back cover had a bigger gap than what they are showing there.

I had one on my T68i and found it very uselful but because of the tight squeeze you could see the battery was being pushed out so eventually the clip on the battery broke because of the stress given. I got a new dual sim battery from ebay which has a chunk deliberately missing from the inside of the battery to allow space for the dual sim adaptor to fit in. With this my T68i battery now closes straight.
Unless a similar type battery is developed for the T610 you will definately create problems for your phone because of the lack of space inside.

Hi
I am using the universal dual simholder from www.2-phones-in-1.com with my t610 and it works really good. You cut out the sims to fit into on new simcard. This is in my opinion the best method, you can switch phones and this holder is not charging more battery like others do. |

please, pay attention on these items.
they could work well for some month, probably one year.
After that period, they usually change to state without advice, so you have your cellphone first ON, than on Vod****e, than on T*M, on W**d, or OFF, without any apparent reason.
Every society here, had sold these items, now is closed, with debt... and users have no guarantee or support now.

I would be very careful to cut the sims, anyway if ony of this really works on a T610 let me know, I have 3 sims in use and I´m getting tired of switching...

You may find an alternative dual sim fits the T610 better.

Take a look at the instructions above.

Sure wish someone would mention which dual sim card holder actually works with the T610 because they still sell them on ebay and I'd hate to buy the wrong one. I'm modding my T610 right now so it would be a great useful thing for me.
If someone ever bought a dual sim card holder for the T610 and it's still working to this day please say so! I want to know which one is the best. |
