Can anyone tell me the speeds of this two connections?
Is it faster to transfer files to the p800 using BT than the USB cradle?

USB is way faster. Not even worth comparing the two.

true. usb faster, but once you properly configured your BT setup, you can forget about fiddling with wires again.

a BT adapter is a good investment, especially that manufacturers are now trying to put it into their new lines of phones. when you get your new (BT-enabled) phone, you can still use your BT, but with a cable (designed for a particular phone model), it might not be the case.

In my experience USB isn't always faster.. Take P800's cradle for instance.. Not sure about it's exact speed but sure far from the potential, so BT is just as fast / slow with that phone.

Forget USB... BT is going to be the future... No cables, think of that!! You just have to use BT technology, even if it might be a bit slower...
