I have a problem with my T68i - it got damp whilst in my jeans pocket and now the keypad doesn't work!
Whats worse is that all my numbers are stored in the phone memory - at least 100 of them!
I'm currently using my SIM card in another phone (nokia) which works but it shows nothing in the phone book, so I presume all the numbers are stored in the T68i phone memory.
I did back them up but that was a while ago and have since lost quite a few important numbers.
My priority is to get my phone numbers back.
Luckily the phone still powers up, connects to the Orange network and the IR is still activated from when it was last working, so I am able to connect the T68i to my laptop via IR (I've already done this so I know that it works).
So my plan is to use some free software to download the numbers from my T68i onto my laptop.
Does anyone know where I can find some software to do this (bearing in mind that I wont be able to use any keys on the phones keypad!).
I've not had much luck searching on the internet for any software.
If anyone might have some idea what could be wrong with my phone then even better!
Please please please help me to get my numbers back and I promise Ill keep backups more regulary!
