2 Questions Please... |

1. How can I force my P800 to store all current and future contacts on the external memory stick rather than the internal memory?
2. Is it true that if I take my phone for a firmware update, all my data will be erased from it? If so, what's the best way to protect its data for a nice, clean, and quick restore?
Thanks,
Fawaz. |

1. you can't store your contacts on the memory stick from what i know
2. yes, it's true.. just backup your phone before you take it for an upgrade (using the latest version of the PC suite).. once back from the shop, just restore the backup.. |

some people on my-symbian reported that with an older version of the PC suite, they were not able to restore old backups to a phone with the new firmware R2D/F
so I mentioned backing up with the latest version of PC suite just to be on the safe side.. |
