silly one.. but how and where is this option..??
or are there codes which need to be entered in the front of the number to turn of ID sending..??

No you can hide the number before make the call...
Should be in there with edit before call etc... Though you don't mention what phone you have.
This works on the T68 and T610... |

normally if you press #31# before the number it is hidden... |

Well i have a P800 and i have tried looking for this option but cant find it..
so i dont think there is an edit b4 call..
if i turn it off with code.. what is it to turn back on.. or is it just based on that certain call if u have the code in front???
is there an option in the P800 to turn it off?? |

141 is a UK only code, introduced by BT/Oftel and the others followed suit to make it simple.
#31# is the GSM standard code.
It should withhold CLI worldwide.

Yes, it only turns it off for the relevant call which you enter the code
