If the P800 supports HTML documents why cant i open any website on my p800? i am using dial up not gprs but i understand it would be a slow process but still i cant get to open any websites from my phone.

IS there some sort of settings in the p800 which i need to adjust to view html pages?

Can you provide examples of pages you cannot access?

Try simple pages like www.google.com

Are you receiving any error messages?

Aha, you're using the inbuilt browser by the looks of things.

Try downloading Opera from the website at www.sonyericsson.com/p800

The inbuilt browser opens WAP pages by default, so when you go to sites which autodetect your browser like yahoo, google etc, they will open the wap page by default.

Opera is an actual fully fledged HTML browser, so will not produce this problem
