hi there
i just bought a T300.
i charged the battery for the first time about 24 hours...what the problem is that stand by time is about only +/- 48 h now.
and i have recharged it only 3 times since i bought it.
is this a temporary problem or i need to buy a new battery or is there any way to increase the stand by time?

"stand by time" would be the length of time the battery would be expected to last for if not used at all but left on. If you are using the phone regularly for calls or games or whatever then 48hours is about right.
You wouldn't have to buy a new battery, if you find the performance is really poor go back to the shop, it will be covered by warranty!

When I bought mine it was pretty bad too. It couldn't last through a weekend and I didn't really it use the phone that much either. But with time it should get better... I can go on without charging for about 5 days now

Many factors affect Battery time...
1) How close you are to the base station, the closer the less battery is used
2) Do you have GPRS activated, if not it'll drain it less
3) How often you use it, if you rarely use it, it can last that long
4) Temperature, the hotter it is the longer it'll last so if you are in a tropical climate it'll last more then mine which is in Stockholm...

So yea, just wait it out another week, that is what i had to do with mine

I just let mine do it's own stuff, you shouldn't have to go out of your way for it to fix itself. In other words, don't worry, it'll all work out.
