Purchased my P800 a few days ago end am discovering all the features. Great phone! I am very pleased with it. The past days I have very much browsed the different sites about this phone. This forum is far the best I found. So I think I'll become a regular visitor here. I still have a few questions that remain unanwered even after all this searching the past days. Maybe the topics where allready commented, but not here, cause I have read every letter here (yes, costed me quit a while). So, here I go. If anyone could help me that would be great. Thanks a lot beforehand!
Problem 1: I made the setting for personalised ringtones to some contacts, but it doesn't work. When such a contact phones me it is still the standard melody that rings.
Problem 2: When I try to synchronize my Lotus Notes Agenda with the phone, I get the error message that it could not find the PIM file. So the synchronisation fails.
Problem 3: The virtual keyboard in the phone is a QYERTY type. As, in Belgium we use AZERTY keybords, I would like to have it on the phone as well. Is this possible?

Problem 1: I don't know about this one
Problem 2: I had this problem too. I solved it by Re-Installing notes!
Problem 3: Well to begin with it is possible, cause you can in controlpanel/Text input choose input method. But then again the only option is (What they call Standard). So the possibility is there, but where to find the optional keyboards i don't know. Try contacting SE.

Solved!,
I had sync problems with LN5. It just didn't work. Now I found a workaround. First I upgraded the PC suite to the latest version (1.5.1). Then I specified in the Sync Station Settings to sync with the local database (on my laptop) instead of sync with the server database. Specify the complete string to the database to sync with (C:\Lotus\Notes\Data\yourname.nsf).
Now I first have to replicate the server database with the local database on my laptop, and then sync my laptop with the phone.
This way it works fine.
