Hi PPL,

I don't know if this is me or what? But I cannot send any ringtones to my friends via infrared or Bluetooth. Can anyone explain this to me? I looked through the manual and SE website but had no luck. I even downloaded this program call SMAN and FileManager for P800 but I am still not able to share any of my sound files with my friends. I don't have any problem receiving them. Please HELP!!!

What phones do you friends have, if they are not p800's and their phone does not support the midi file type for ringtones you won't be able too.

Well...one of my friends has a Nokia 9210i which supports midi, wav, mp3 files etc. The other one has a P800, just like mine, but I am not sure how I can actually select the file I want to send via Bluetooth or IRrDA. The only way I found was to use a filemanager program and copy the file to the PC first and then transfer it from the PC back to the other phone, I am looking for a solution where I can send it directly from my phone to his phone. Let me know how you can help.

1. Open Audio Player
2. Change to Track View (second button - bottom left)
3. Open Sound File
4. From the menu Audio choose Send As

Piece of cake!
