Select a custom ringtone on a friends tlf number in the phonebook and ask that friend to call. See if the phone hangs up after a very short time compared to when calling secretly or with a default ringtone.

Is it just my phone doing this for some reason or is it a major bug?

TIA

Remember if you have a custom ring to a friend. That ring tone could be longer or shorter. It could make you think that it is not ringing as long as the default.

Time your rings by seconds and not repeats, understand??

I wish that it was that smple.. The ringtone i select can be 10mins long or the same as default for that matter. The problem is that the phone hangs up (sends a busy tone) after the same short delay with every tone. The phone doesn't crash..

If noone else is experiencing this then it must be my phone..

Thanks for confirming what i suspected everyone. Must be my phone then. The strange thing is that this prob apeared after i upgraded to r2d. I have alot of stuff installed so i'll try a master reset and see if that helps..

Cheers.
