no connection with t65 |

i own a t65 and rs 232 drs-11 datacable. i would like to connect my phone with the Package_2_for_Ericsson_PFW_version_R2A04.exe it doesn't work! the programm is not able to find my phone. on my phone works the r2b software. is this the problem? |

I think you have to install the "XTNDConnect PC" to get the MobilePhoneMonitor to work. By the way, I saw there is a newer version of the software than the one you are trying to use:

Have you try to connect your phone using the "MyPictures" software from Ericsson? I mean if that doesn't work either...then you may be have a problem. Download the "MyPictures" at:

@handyman, i have used package 2 on both my t68 and t65 and they work flawlessly. have you enabled the COM port in the Phone Monitor Options? |

You need to download the following software: "Phone Book and Text Message Manager", "Phone Settings" and the "XTNDConnect PC " - you can download it from the SonyEricsson site. Make sure that 'XTNDConnect PC' is enabled before trying to run these prg's. I found that if you want to use the "Phone Book and Text Message Mananger", you need to run the "Phone Setting" program first - this combination ensures a smooth connection - sync'ing the phone with your PC, is also a breeze then.
