Hi I just got a 64 Duo from p800er and my phone recognises it fine but when i sync to my laptop it cant see it properly. When i click the link to open the memory stick folder it opens up my phone memory folder, which is pretty bizare.
Anyone else had this prob and is there a fix?
Also, when i went to do a master reset to clear the phone memory out it asked me for a password, is this the unlock code that the posting rules say im not allowed to ask about or is it something else, and if so how would i find out what it is?
Thanks in advance. |

I had the same problem with my 128Mb Duo. Every time I clicked on it in my windows explorer it would disappear and select the Phone Memory instead. I tried to format it but that didn't help. This is how I solved it.
1. Install P800 File Manager for your pc so that you can access the full file structure of the phone/card from your pc. Available here
2. Create the same directory structure on the memory card as there was on your original 16Mb Duo.
Once I had done this my windows explorer would connect to my new memory card fine.
Hope this helps. |

Thanks for that, but surely there has to be a better solution?
I mean FFS i dont want to shell out another $40AUD for something which should have been properly supported in the first place.
But yeah, thanks Kearnage |

I got the demo version and that works fine, I haven't paid any money for it. |
