A friend gave me his hpm-10 and i found a problem, although the memory card is 32MB i can only get 20MB of songs in it and then it says memory full ! Why? 
The memory card is the 32MB multimedia card it came in with.

try formatting the card first, then try again

Go to control panel > format disk

The card needed formating, as soon as i did that it worked ok
