Ok i just got my new t68i and i wanna use the at&t go plan on it i called them up and the guy was like yes you can buy the sim card for $25 but i need to have a go phone for it work even though the service is gsm he says it won't work unless i have a go phone.. my question is will it work or do i need to have a go phone? i don't see why it won't work my t68i is unlocked and that service is gsm so it should work.. does anyone have this service?? |

As long as your phone is unlocked, and sim unlocked, it should work. The next thing to do is try it out, if it doesn't work, get a refund.

What is a GO-phone? Is it prepaid sim or something? Coz att does not sell them separately. (if this is way off topic, i apologise!)

Basically, it is a post-paid phone, but you don't have a contract. And no you cannot buy a GO SIM separate from the phone. the package is fairly cheap though and it is a good service if you only need a number for a short time, or you don't have credit. |

Actually, GO Phone is GSM, but it is not technically a prepaid service. I have a friend who has it and I have used his SIM in one of my phones. |
