Do anybody know where I can get firmware and what programs do I need ?(something that it won't require special box, dongle or smartcards) And differences between versions?

You probably can't do it yourself.. Take your phone to a service point and get them to do it.

Well you don't say what phone you have but in general it is > * < < * < *

where < and > are joystick movement unless you have a P800 in which case they are jogdial movements

How exactly do I locate a SE service point in the US... I looked all over the SE website and called their tech support, they said all they have is the central office...

nevermind... I found one.. only took 4 calls to SE tech support to get someone who knew about firmware... I have to send my phone in but it doesnt take that long...

the volume slider is broken anyway
