Color is still washed out on T300 images?

I downloaded the 256 pallete for photoshop and it looks brilliant but when I transfer the pallete to my phone it is very bad. It doesn't display greens or yellows or any color very well. I adjusted the contrast in both places with no luck on color. However...the funny thing is, the SE screensaver with the green ball looks great. I can't figure out why all the otherones look so crappy. Any ideas?
