My brother-in-law and I both have t68i and we were talking about how cool it would be if one could voice dial digits. Rather than only being able to dial numbers in your phone book that you have set up with voice command, it would be cool if you could dial a number by saying the various digits. Then, I was playing around with the > * < < * < * menu and in the text labels section, I was noticing text labels that indicated that this was possible. The text labels I am referring to include "Select on to be able to make a call by saying a phone number" and the ones that say "After the tone, say ****" where **** is the name of the various digits. Does anyone know how to set this up? If it can be used, does anyone know whether you can still use name voice commands? Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

This isn't possible on the t68i.
We have come to believe that the labels list is generic across many phones so it contains labels and instructions for many devices other than your phone.

Bummer. I was really hoping that was available. Do you know of a gsm phone like t68i that this is possible on?

No. And tbh I would be surprised if you do find one - It would be difficult to implement and the process of dialing a number would take longer than just putting the number in by hand.

Phil.
