T65 data cable problems |

I have a T28 data cable which is supposed to work with the Ericsson T28, R380, T65 etc. I downloaded several programs from the sonyericsson website but I cannot seem to get the program to synchronise with me phone. Is anyone able to confirm that the T28 data cable does actually work with the T65 phone? Or is there another website where I can get some software that deosn't require a masters in cyrptography to understand how to use? |

i also bought a t28 cable and i own a t65, but i think that the cable is specifically for t28 and r380
i tried synchronising the fone, but that doesn't work. i think the cable is just not compatible with the t65 (and t39, t68 etc)

what model is that cable? i got a drs-10... on the box it only says t28,r320 and so on... but it worked fine with my t39 & t65 |

I had also a no-brand datacable for a T28 but it didn't work with my T65.
I replaced the cable with a DRS-11 and now it works

The original data cable for T28 worked fine with my T65.
I was able to sync with Outlook, send background pics... with the software from Ericsson. Everything works fine.

Which software did you use JuanK? I got mine from the SonyEricsson website but couldn't get anything to work.

I also use the ones from SonyEricssons site.
I use "MyPictures" to send and change backgrounds on the phone:

Package_5_for_Ericsson_PFW_version_R2A04.exe
And the XTNDConnect to synchronize my phone with outlook.

thanx guyz.. well i'm gonna try to find the drs-11 , but i just dunno where to get it (in HK) .. i just posted the same question in another thread..
(repeat) does anyone know where i can get the drs-11 in HK and an approx price??

im using drs 10 on my t39 & it doesnt work. I have the software completely & correctly installed. i had it replaced with a new one & its working perfectly.
Better have your cable checked...95% its a deffective cable |
