Folks, as hard as I have tried I still cant figure out how to change the alert sound for voice mails.
I've gone into the PHONE PREFERENCES and then SOUNDS & ALERTS and changed the voice data tones - no luck.
Also gone into MESSAGING ACCOUNTS and then ALERTS. Changed all of the options on there and still no luck.
I'm sure this is a simple problem - just that I havent as yet sussed it out
