Phone Switches Off |

Hi, newbie here!!
I bought a 2nd hand T68i a couple of weeks ago and the last few days it either switches itself off, or the welcome page appears prompting me for my PIN. It might be coincidence, but it seems to be quite soon after i've taken a call (and no, I'm not holding the NO button!!)
My software version is R2F004. Could an upgrade sort it?? Thanks for your help |

Or it could be that the battery moves a bit and switches the phone off.secure it by placing underneath a piece of polyuretanic foam or paper.tipp:disable the pin request thus allowing the phone to fully restart.u wont notice it and it would ad 15 sec.

Have you actually observed it switch off? You may not be aware that most ericsson phones (inc. t68i) can be switched off even with the keylock on. All you do is hold down the 'No' button for more than 10 seconds. Are you sure that this isn't what is happening?
Regards,
Phil.
