T68i with 65,000 colors ? |

I think we should petition to Sony Ericsson to allow us ( T68i users ) to upgrade our screens to 65,000 colours !!! That can increase the sales of its MCA-25 and also earn extra revenue of loyal T68i users, so they have a better reason to listen to us!! T68i is really perfect if it has 65,000 colours!!
I think that is possible, but of course we need to cough out some cash! i dont wanna get the T610, still like the design of T68i !! Plus T68i offers better voice clarity and better sms --> you can press 0 to predict words, but for T610, you die die need to use the joystick!! Plus T610 no offer standby time and talktime status. Camera is also blurry, better spent money on a digital cam. T610 has a hissing sound during calls.. sad...

Why can`t people just get the T610?
Oh my T68i needs a 32" 32bit color tftlcd whit a TVtuner(satellite preferebly), SE please help me...
Oh yeah I also need the T610 out on the market.

dude thats the 2nd time you post this treath! NO HARDWEAR UPDATE for the T68i!!!!!!
that will cost to much for  and even whit only a hardwear update is not enough, total new update of softwear for those new colours, and bigger pics, and background sizes will be bigger! it will cost you about the price of a T610 to upgarde, and then there's the matter of service points, and people who can upgrade it and the time its gone take.

It won't bring revenue. Just loss. Sony Ericsson does not need to loose money. I will rather see them using their money developing better phones.
Get the T610 if you need a 65k screen.
If they make a HW upgrade on existing phones, it should be more memory on the T610 or ability to expand using MMC cards.

Any s55 made january (i think) has a 4096 colour screen but only displaying 256 colours.

being as the t68i's main way of saving images is GIF (which are limited to 256 colours) and as the screen is so small i cant really see the point.... |
