Hello People

Nokia brings out a new version of the 7250. The 7250i has the following new options:

- XHTML Browser
- Image Uploader
- Wallet over XHTML
- Portrait Callerpic-ID
- Nightmode (allows Photos in dark places)
- Image Editor (Frames, Clipart Pics)
- Zoom
- Contrastadjusting
- AMR Voice codec for 1900 MHz
- New colours

Check out this page:

My comment:

Its allways the same with nokia. Little changes on a phone which allready should have these options. Take the SE T610, everything included. And the Nokia is more expensive....

Its what weve come to expect from nokia-good to see an xhtml browser now-whats the point of a colour screen if you cant use it for wap? Nokia customers dont learn.

@ orangeman

You don't need XHTML capable browser (WAP2.0) to see color wap pages!!!
Wap 1.2.1 works perfectly fine for color wap browsing

*You* should probably learn first.

Jeez, what is it with Nokia? I actually feel a little bit sorry for the poor sods who bought the 7210... first they have to watch the improved 7250 roll out like a month later, and know there's an ever newer version of that! Thank God SE seem to value their customers!

Totally agree with you mate. After 6 years of Nokia bringing out one phone and then upgrading it after a month I had enough. At least SE give you as near to a perfect package. How Nokia can say "connecting people" is beyond me. I have a P800 and T68i and no Nokia can connect me in as many ways as an SE phone. I am beginning to find alot of loyal Nokia users to be losing faith cause they can see what SE phones can do. I dont hate Nokia but I dont believe all the hype surrounding them.

So, basicly with your logic noone can launch new phones. The new phone usually include the features of the previous one and add some more features.

Since its nokia, they won't offer you software upgrade from 7250 to 7250i........they just wanna rip you off in getting a so called "NEW PHONE" instead ! You better stop wasting your time about the software upgrade !

Surely there must be a SW upgrade. It must use the same hardware because it says it has 3.5 MB as opposed to the 7250's 4MB, therefore the extra memory must be being used up by the extra features. Im not buying this.

I doubt highly that Nokia will offer you software upgrade from 7250 to 7250i like Sony Ericsson offer for T68m to T68i !

well, because of what nokia is still doing now their profits still increased and widened the gap from the 2nd spot company. where is SE? down the gutter.
