Quick question folks - What is the safest method to clean the p800 screen? My screen has filthy finger marks (put on there by mates who have been facinated by the phone!)

I have just ordered a screen protector via ebay so this will be a problem of the past soon.

Thanks

What I always do is go to the built-in web browser, go to full screen (you can do this by pressing the web button twice).

Now, using a soft lens cloth, I clean the screen. In most cases, the cleaning motion doesn't select the two links on the standard built-in home page (the one with the large SE logo).

Cheers,

I always clean my phone at work, i use monitor cleaner with a soft piece of cloth, and ofcourse that program to show the cpu speed (found on my-symbian.info) to have a nice white background so you can see all the dust and fingerprints.

I don't have any problem yet with my screen since I just got mine P8 (at last!) last Thursday. I just love it more and more. I got it protected by Brando screen protector on the same day I got the phone.

I got a bit piss-off though as the Brando does not fits the screen that well. There is about 5mm of expose area at the bottom of the touch screen which it does not come exactly the same height and width as the screen. Anyone could suggest where I can get a perfect fitting one?

Thanks.
