Hi,
today I have used chat in my t68i for the first time, playing some sms game and the problem was it was getting slower and slower until it was, so slow that I could not do anything(we have exchanged about 6 sms each). After leaving and choosing resume it was already OK, but slowing down everytimes.
I have R7A013 and I think they have forgot chat while upgrading continuosly from r1 software

I hope that new firmware helps.

I am going to buy t610, so t68i is going to be in recycle bin

Make sure that you have no messages stored on your SIM card, it really slows down all the SMS functions.

I am on R7A and have no problems with the chat feature so it isn't the software.

Basically if you a sending sms's back and forth to the same person it puts all the messages in a single window, just like using msn e.t.c

Well use it then! Go to chat, enter a friends number and then send them a message. Wait, and when they respond you will see what happens.
