What a dissapointment! T610 doesn't support JAVA bluetooth API 
Does anybody know how to access bluetooth in another way? |

I too was amazed to discover this yesterday...! I've got a BT GPS here and had some very cool ideas for it and my T610... 
If anyone has discovered anything "under the hood" I'd love to hear from you!

An API is an "Application Programming Interface" - it lets developers access various parts of a device/operating system. So without a Java Bluetooth API developers will sadly not be able to write Bluetooth enabled Java apps...
Fingers crossed this changes for the T610 sometime soon...
