How do I stop this happening? |

I've had my P800 two weeks now and really like it so far. I have one major problem though and I can't figure out how to rectify it.
Whenever somebody phones me, it only rings for a very short period of time before diverting to voice mail. Say my phone is on the other side of the room, by the time I pick it up it has stopped ringing.
I can't see anything under the 'divert calls' menu to suggest that you can choose how long before it diverts or anything.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

Shot in the dark here:
Considering what we heard about the P800 picking up a call if your ring tone sounds similar to your voice control "Answer" command, do you use a "Busy" voice command which could be confused with your ring?
Just a thought! |

I heard about a number you could ring - like *#0* type of number, where you could specify the amount of seconds the phone will ring for before diverting. I think you could specify 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds.
Not sure where I read it. Maybe on the forum somewhere. |

Loa, I have voice commands switched off, so it can't be that.
If anyone knows anything more about this thing Setters mentioned that might help. |

**61*mailbox_number*11*xx#ok
mailbox_number is the number to divert to. Check what it is by finding out the current status of your diverts.
The xx is where you enter the time from 5 secs to 30 secs in increments of 5 secs. ie: 5-10-15-20-25-30.
