T68i unable to receive files from PC via BT |

I can't transfer files from PC to my t68i.
With my Nokia 3650 by clicking on the mouse right button i send it via Bluetooth with no problem.
With t68i appears a message saying "Service file transfer not found on t68i".
What it means?
My BT is a Digikom Palladio.
Is there a software performing a full backup of the t68i?? including images, themes ringtones??
I found only Phone Backup but is only for certain datas

Do you have a COM port associated with the phone? Did you install XTNDConnect from package 4 from Sony Ericsson??

i cant send to fone from the right click but i can drag and drop into the inbox no probs have u tried that ?
