Try doing another master reset.
Is the same thing happening with contacts/pics/sms's e.t.c or is it just the data accounts?

Phil.

no not everything. its just the data accounts that disappear when i turn the phone off and default ones come back that are the orange network but the phone is unlocked. i tried another master reset but the same things happen. |

ah ha! sounds like Orange have overwritten the original software with their own version. This takes it out of my league I'm afraid, dunno what to suggest other than the 13 second trick but that might not work either.

For the 13 sec trick...do a master reset, count to 12 right aftfr confirming with YES. On the 13th, pull off the battery! -This would allow u to erase preset themes.

Just do what binoblaine05 said. As long as you disconnect the power 13 seconds after initiating the reset you should have no trouble. You might find that you have to do it a couple of times to get it right though.

Phil.
