Hi guys, i have a T68 and an V66e on orange. Orange have blocked my phone so i cant use it on orange anymore. It is a phone they sent me as a replacement that i never sent back so they eventually barred it.

At the moment its locked to orange. If i unlock the phone, will it work on the othe networks even if orange have barred it from theirs?

Pls, i wanna use the phone, but its dead!

if u unlock it, it'll work on any network except for orange. U'll have to get a special prog that changes IMEI numbers. Please note that this is ILLEGAL.

OK, but if i just unlock the SP lock, that will work too? it can be barred on all networks, can it? Cos if you change the IMEI, it will theoretcially be a new phone that will not be recognised as stolen!

I want to unlock it tom, but dont want to find out that i wasted money and the phone remains barred in the UK!

Pls i need help guys from past experiences.

Ornage have blocked the IMEI number, so it will never work on thier network unles you change it. It should however work on the other networks if it is unlocked.

But you not sending it back?? isnt that just the same as stealing??
i just cant wait for you to be caught!

an unlocked phone is better than a locked to the network. here in the philippines you can buy new phones including the t68 unlocked so when you go to another country you just purchase a sim and smak it into ur phone. you're back in business. screw the network!

Hmmm, why not try buying the phone like everyone else here has? Takes the p*ss a bit really, coming here and asking everyone how to get the phone for free basically, when we've all paid for it.

No guys.. you are misundestanding me... I was supposed to send them my old phone back which they thought was fault, but wasnt. They stated that if i did NOT send back the phone, they would charge me. But they have not, so as far as im aware it is my phone and they do not wish to charge me.

I have not stolen their phone, they have just cocked up!

Yeah, I think there are a few people in here on their high-horses. The guy asked for some help, with what doesnt seem to be an illicit topic. So if you can help him do, if you just want to be self-righteous, save your breath...

but there are morilty issues to be dealt with.
If someone comes in to the forums, asking how they would make thier stolen phone work on every network. Most people wont be happy.
now allexdos, by what you said in your first post, it did seem that the phone was stolen, thanks for sorting that out.
