does anyone have any reccomendations for a particular SE service center in london? i will be visiting at the end of the month and would like to upgrade my firmware. SE america gave me the london customer service number but i would appreciate personal suggestions as well!
also, my two week old t68i crashed this morning. it malfunctioned during "voice dial". the "say a name or voice command" screen came up and froze. there was also a loud burst of noise that lasted about 30 seconds before stopping. i took the battery out and everything seems to be back to normal. of course, i am worried! will the upgrade take care of the problem?
