this morning my two week old t68i malfunctioned during "voice dial". the "say a name or voice command" screen came up and froze. there was also a loud burst of noise that lasted about 30 seconds before stopping. i took the battery out and everything seems to be back to normal. of course, i am worried! i was going to have the phone unlocked so i can use it for business in europe at the end of the month. i also planned on having the firmware upgraded from RA3 to RA7/8 when i arrived in london. i heard it's a free, in person service at a SE station unlike america's system. will this take care of the problem? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. also, the phone is from amazon and the service is tmobile in nyc.
