Found this, do you think it would work?
Can't be sure whether its a 2.5 jack allready or if I'd have to buy a 3.5 ----> 2.5 adaptor aswell - and if so, if that would even work.
Would this work do you think with the p800 AT ALL?
Does anyone know of a better/cheaper/working one? Does anyone know of a CAR HANDSFREE KIT which lets you play the MUSIC outa the Car Speakers too? As THAT would be PERFECT - kill 2 birds with 1 stone and all that.
Finally does anyone know of a car kit which FITS the P800? In other words can be hooked up to car speakers and you can have the phone on the dashboard witht he keypad facing you - like the way nokias can, and they cionnect outa the aearial asocket at the back and seeing as the p800 has that, perhaps it would work??

Yes you can do it. I did it with my MP3 play and mini disc! Dont buy that thing thou cause you get tape quality! But it is cheaper then the way i did.
What i did was:
You must have an amp to do this thou! you can buy cheap ones but i already had two good ones.
The amp is pluged to your stereo with the same style plugs as the ones with the sound in you video! You can buy a plug that converts a a stereo plug to this. Then you must plug them straight into your amp and there you have it! but you must unplug you stereo.
Trick...amps are switched on when your stereo is switched on, so you must have you stereo on!
You get great sound!
Have not tried my p800 yet cause i live 6 months of the year in austria and i dont own a car here. But when i go home all my music will be playing throu my p800!!!!!!!!! |

If u are gonna get the tape thingy tho - there are ones out there a lot cheaper than that one (around $10 - $12) that do the same job.
I do warn you tho - when using this set up for listening to music through your car stereo u can get phone interference - u kno that low beeping sound when the phone transmits - puttin the phone into flight mode stops this however but then u can't recieve calls etc!!
