P800 backup problems |

Every time i try to back up my p800 during the transfer of files the transmission is stopped and and a sign says to me that my p800 isnt connected to my pc... Any ideas? Is there a newer version of pc siute than that provided with the cd in the box? where can i get it? |

you can download the latest pc suite from www.sonyericsson.com
are you running apps in the background like anti-virus software?
you can try closing them and backup once more. you can also
check the cables to see if they're securely in place.

is there any way i can do backup thru infrared? i can connect my phone to pc but i cant do backup... and how do i send pics from phone to pc??? |

I don't think it is possible to backup with IR or Bluetooth, cause the phone has to shut down and restart... and the connection is lost. |

What about sync via BT? Is it possible? I have USB BT dongle and I can exchange files but can I do sync wiht Outlook? What should I do?

yes u can syn thru Bluetooth, but cant backup
also upgrading ur firmware and connecion software would help smoothing up |
