BUt anyway, I downloaded File manager from My-Symbian. very good apps, just like using Win Explorer. Everything is pretty much easy to find what to do. The small thing is the Task List, under File. Could someone explain this to me please. Is this for closing applications running in the background? On my phone it show EChess, would it be ok to close this file to improve process and battery life? What things should not be closed? Don't want to mess up phone, but have backed-up b4 installing. Last thing is does anyone know a good site to download the doom wad files? Cheers

I'm not sure about beamer though, i daren't try that. Check out my ebay auctions

I always kill the app. I usually have just Applications, Phone, Tracker and EiksrvBackdrop on - as none of which you can actually kill no matter how many times u try! T68i, P800 Nokia 3650
