I have had my P800 for about 3 weeks now, and my friends have pointed out that they more often than not they get diverted to my voice mail, I looked into this and as you do I thought obviously it was something to do with my Call Divert Settings, so i played with them reset them etc etc but the problem still continued.

I tried calling my phone and it kept diverting to my voicemail so I turned all my diverts off and just kept recieving a dead tone, all whilst my phone's signal was at 4-5 bars.

I called my network operator (O2) who reset all of my voicemail settings and advised that if the problem continued to try a different phone.

I carried on calling my phone and still got busy\dead tones or diverted to voicemail, I put my simcard back into my Nokia 8910 and every call got thru to the phone.

The sim card is now back in the P800 and i'm getting the same problem?!?

Any Ideas?
-They thought their 7650's were cool HA! Now look at them-

I would suggest trying a different SIM card in your P800, preferably a different operator. When I upgraded my Orange to a P800 they insisted on supplying a new SIM card. Perhaps this has something to do with different spec SIM cards e.g. operating at different voltages etc.? Trying a different SIM in your P800 should help eliminate the phone itself as the culprit.
