I have had my T68i at repairs and they say that if I alow them to repair it they can not be responsible for the damage they might cause to the phone. so if anything goes wrong my phone can be ruined and they can't be blamed for this. can anyone tell me if you had similar problems and how you dealt with them.

oh yes: they say that the problem is in the layer behind the keybord and that this problem is quite common. they also said that the risk of damage is present as such an early stage as production.

That is a load of crud. Are you taking it to an approved service point? All repairs should carry a years warranty and they should have insurance for their repairs.
