Dear all
I bought Tracker & worldmate via handango's website on Friday.
The sent me a code for worldmate and said the code to unlock tracker would follow later.
The worldmate code was wrong and mobimate are now (very very slowly) coming back to me with a new one after a "resend us your imei number" email.
However despite some chaser emails to Handango I have not received any code from the Tracker author as they said I would.
I am normally firmly against hacked or cracked software but if retailers treat paying customers like this then they deserve everything they get.
6 days is too long to wait for a parcel, let alone two (correct) emails.
Sorry - I'm very annoyed.

I bought tracker from there and the code arrived in 3 hours ok. Contact directly the vendor. |

In some cases the code are sent by the creator of the product, and not handango.. and when i bought tracker i think the code was sent direct by the creators! |

Thanks guys. Boris at Symbianware sorted me out. I just need mobimate to hurry up. I re-sent my IMEI number on Tuesday and still have'nt heard a peep. |
