I know that's a strange thing but I really need a clean backup file of internal memory (English UK) urgent please help.

You could reformat your phone back to it's original state when you bought it by pressing *#7370# and entering your lock code when prompted. This code will restore your internal memory to it's original state.

I know that, and I know how to perform a master reset and uninstall an application ... what I need is a clean backup file of any p800 coz I got a problem when I formated the internal disk, the "Default Melody" is gone so is there anybody know where the file is located?

I flashed the phone again 1 hour ago and it took only 35 minutes so it's completely clean. The first thing I should do it now is a backup of the internal disk, if somebody need the backup file PM me and I'll send it by email, the file size is approximately 4Mb.

How do you completely flash the phone..?
I discoveres that with a full reset, the phone still contains some files from previous installed programmes..
Can't they be cleared too?

I flash it at the SE service point. They reinstalled the whole system again. |

Sure coz the file is in English UK and R2F firmware. |
