Great Review Mark.

EDIT: Wow! Pre-Production T616. Wish would send me pre-productions of their upcoming handsets too ( especially the z1010 )

Madness,
Post your request on Howard as a couple of the "Beta Testers" Mhedges & DupaSquire got theirs today. Both live and work in NY City and would be the very people who could answer your questions. Alabama does not have a city with a subway system to my knowledge. Atlanta is the nearest southern city with mass rail transit.

As for malls and restuarants, it works as advertised. Everything outside of 3-4 feet is cancelled out, but speakers very near to you can still be heard, just not as loudly.

Glad you enjoyed the review...what did you think of the recording???

I've been browsing through Esato and Howardsforums (no longer loading as of now for some reason) and I have some questions about Bluespoon digital, but I'm not sure where to go and ask it.

Here's the question:
after reading the reviews it appears that bluespoon digital needs a line of sight to function. Is this only in beta or will this be in effect for the release model as well? Reason being, I only get reception upstairs in my bedroom by my window, but I like to hang out downstairs with my housemates. Therefore I'm looking for a headset that I can use downstairs while leaving my phone by the window upstairs.

If no one can answer my questions, please refer me to somewhere that I may be able to inquire with. Thanks

Regards,
Jean

The line of sight issue is with the P800 and not the Digital. The Digital BlueSpoon works very well with the T610, but 30 feet is about the max especially through wallls.

I see, thanks very much Bengalboy
Gonna start saving up for one.
We've found a kind of paradise in a flowers bloom.
We've seen the end of a mystic land so close it meets the parting sun.
We've shared the thoughts that two could share, we feel the truth magic that we send...

The pairing is very easy. The current T610 software easily recognizes and accepts the pairing code. It is the best bluetooth phone out there at this time in my opinion. No line of sight issues and has great range with the Digital, 30 feet even through doors and walls. A very good bluetooth phone, much better than the P800 or T68i when using bluetooth.
