I have an interesting problem. I recently received from ATT Wireless a replacement T68i because mine stopped working. Everything works fine but I have noticed that when I receive or even try to read an SMS message in the inbox only there is about a 3-6 second delay from when I click on the button on the phone until it reacts and goes to the next screen. This only happens in the SMS inbox and does not happen in any other folders while in SMS. Ive never had this problem with my original T68i which I bout about 9 months ago. What makes this more interesting is that a friend of mine who went through a same scenario is having the exact same problem. I called ATT Wireless and they thing its something worng with the phone and want to replace it again even though I told them that this also happens to someone else also. I somehow think its software related. Ive read on this board that this problem maybe due to SMS messages being stored on the SIM card however I am unable to figure out how I can see and delete SMS messages from the SIM card. I only know how to delete phonebook entries from the SIM card. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks in advance
Angelo

what do you mean "go with the flow"? Does anyone here know if there is a fix for the problem I have mentioned? I would greatly appreciate it if you would share the information with me.

thanks

It happens to me when I even have 1 or 2 messages in my SMS inbox. The thing is that I never had this problem with my old T68i which I got last summer so this leads me to beleive that the issue is with a software upgrade that has been added to this and all current T68i's. Im going to call Sony Ericsson to see if there is a way to fix this.
