Those of you with a Palm OS PDA really have to check out MSN Messenger Force from Ruksun Soft:

I've configured my Sony Clie N760 with Palm OS 4.1 to use my T68m to establish a GPRS connection to the internet. I'm gonna post the configuration details for Orange UK GPRS when I get a second.
However, I didn't think I'd have much use for mobile internet (I spend enough time browing the web at home and work ), until I used this app for the first time.
Just log in with your regular hotmail username and password and it picks up all your existing contacts. It even tells you how many new mails you've got in your hotmail account!!! (Even though you can't read them )
Chatting works just the same as desktop MSN Messenger. My mates couldn't tell the difference. Cool, huh?

That software is cool. Been using it for months now. Unfortunately their IMAP4 product is not good enough for me.

Have you tried sending drawings during the chat session? The functionality is there - I can draw a little freehand sketch and send it, but it just appears as in the conversation. My contacts can't see the picture.
Did you get this working arnoldc? |
