Services Test(3).
Then LED/illumination (2).

Flashing LEDs when ringing is the Nokia 8310 #1 sales reason, while we (T68 owners) have to settle with the service menu that "only" has:
- flashing LEDs
- color-testing tools
- counter for the "joystick"
and all the other features that are discussed at this fora...
