I got a response from SE that makes sence today! :
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Centre.
In regards to your enquiry concerning your handset, at present the P800 does not support moving pictures and their are no plans in the future for this feature.
Please contact the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Centre again if we can assist you further.

I HAVE EMAILED THEM BACK ASKING IF THERE IS ANYTHING STOPPING A THIRD PARTY DEVELOPING SUCH SOFTWARE .... will wait for a response then let you all know! |

it seems to me that there are two templates used by the SE help desk ppl for replying to questions related to video capture (pls. see other topics on the same subject);
anyway you should consider that most (if not all) of the helpdesks are outsourced (not an SE company) so the access to hot info is restricted for them. |
