whats the best .mp4 conversion tool out there? i mean the best sound quality ...and pls a link to download it

don't know if it is the best one, but this is what i'm using:

do a search on google for mpegable and you'll find it! |

The best should be QuickTime Pro 6.2, since it has AAC.
QT is a good allround encoder for mp4 files, so is mepable and PV, and then there is also Cleaner, but it uses QT codecs so ot will be the same quality for mp4 sound. |

Best one is Sorenson Squeeze 3 for MPEG-4 as it has the best codec in it: The Sorenson MPEG-4 PRO codec and AAC for Sound! go to http://www.sorenson.com
